Richard is a #1 best-selling author and business professional. He has held leadership positions in the healthcare, manufacturing, and mining industries. He has an engineering degree from Missouri S&T University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Regent University.

Richard was a member of the first mine rescue team at The Doe Run Company. He was trained as an Emergency Medical Technician and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Richard received the most innovative Six Sigma Project Award from the CertainTeed Corporation.

Richard served as Director of the Behavioral Health Center at Ozarks Healthcare for ten years.
